Copyright and Image Rights

Only a copyright owner or an authorized representative should submit a copyright claim. If you appear in a photo but do not own its copyright, you can still report a privacy, consent or image rights concern and explain your relationship to the photo.

Consider whether the reported use may be authorized by a license or permitted by law. Knowingly false statements can create legal liability.

Send the report to nan.dev.ops@gmail.com with the subject “Rights report”. Include your full legal name, email, phone number, mailing address and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.

Identify the protected work or personal image. Identify the exact Vibein material and provide enough information to locate it, such as the catalog title, screenshot, share code or page URL. Explain the right you believe is violated and the action you request.

For a copyright report, include a good faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law. Also state under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. Add your physical or electronic signature.

We will review a complete report and may remove or disable the material while we investigate. We may ask for more information. We may send the report and your contact information to the contributor when needed to evaluate the claim or allow a response.

If your content is removed, we will normally tell you how to respond. A response should identify the removed material, explain under penalty of perjury why removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provide contact information and a signature, and include any court jurisdiction and service statements required by applicable law.

Vibein may limit or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe, repeatedly submit content without required consent, or repeatedly make materially false rights statements. We may consider the number, severity, timing and credibility of reports and responses.

For nonconsensual intimate imagery, content involving a minor, a credible threat or another urgent safety issue, put “Urgent safety report” in the subject line and email nan.dev.ops@gmail.com. Contact local emergency services when someone faces immediate danger.
