Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure.

An anonymous account may be created automatically. Linking Apple or Google sign in helps you recover access but does not transfer a subscription between different app store accounts.

Vibein uses photos and instructions as creative inputs to generate new images, adjust poses and create supporting photo dump shots. Results are generated by AI and can vary in quality, likeness, details and availability.

Vibein is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third party platform where a user may have found, stored or shared a photo. A link or attribution to an original source does not grant permission to use that material.

You keep any rights you already hold in the selfies, source photos, instructions and other content you submit. You represent that you own the submitted content or have every permission needed to upload it, process it with AI, create the requested result and grant the license in these terms. You must also have consent from identifiable people when consent is required.

You grant Vibein a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process and display submitted content only as needed to provide the features you request, maintain your library, moderate content, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with law. Vibein may sublicense these limited tasks to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. This license lasts while the content or account is kept for those purposes and for the limited backup, safety or legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Your statement that you have rights does not create rights you do not actually possess and does not bind an author, photographer, depicted person or other rights holder. Vibein may remove content or suspend access when a statement appears inaccurate or a rights holder makes a credible report.

Subject to these terms, provider restrictions and applicable law, Vibein assigns to you any rights Vibein may have in a result generated specifically for you. You may use that result personally or commercially if your source material and use are lawful.

Vibein does not promise that a generated result is unique, noninfringing or eligible for copyright, trademark or other exclusive protection. Similar results may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing a result before publishing, selling or relying on it.

A normal upload for your own creation does not authorize community or promotional use. If you separately submit or authorize a reference for the community catalog, you confirm again that you have the rights and permissions needed for Vibein to show it to other users and let them use it as a creative reference.

For an authorized community reference, you grant Vibein a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, reproduce, resize, moderate, display, organize and recommend it in Vibein, and to let users process it as a creative input. This license is sublicensable only to providers needed to operate the catalog and generation service. Promotional use outside the catalog requires a separate express permission from you.

You may withdraw a community reference by contacting us. We will stop new catalog use within a reasonable operational period. Withdrawal does not undo completed results that another user already requested, but all content remains subject to rights reports and applicable law.

Provide the original source and creator information when known. Vibein may display that information and an original source link. Attribution is not proof of permission and does not replace the rights required by this section.

If you believe content in Vibein violates copyright, trademark, privacy or image rights, follow the instructions on the Copyright and Image Rights page or email nan.dev.ops@gmail.com. Vibein may disable content while it investigates and may share a report with the contributor when needed to resolve it fairly.

Vibein may limit or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, submit content without required consent, or make materially false rights statements. Vibein may also preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests.

Do not use Vibein to create or distribute illegal content, nonconsensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, defamation or material that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Do not use another person's likeness without the consent required by law. Do not bypass security, probe the service, automate abusive requests, resell access, interfere with other users or use Vibein to train a competing model without written permission.

Vibein may offer weekly or annual memberships and one time Vibe packs. Current prices, Vibe allowances, renewal periods, eligibility and material limits are shown before purchase. Store prices can vary by country, tax and currency.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the applicable app store before its deadline. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Purchases, refunds and billing disputes are handled under the store's rules, without limiting rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Deleting Vibein does not cancel a subscription. Vibes have no cash value, are not transferable and may expire or be adjusted only as disclosed at purchase, required by law, or needed to correct fraud or a technical error.

We may reject a request, remove content, suspend an account or end access when reasonably needed for safety, rights protection, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment enforcement or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, you may contact support to request review.

Features and providers may change. We will not retroactively reduce a completed purchase except where store terms, law, fraud or a technical correction permits it.

Vibein is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular likeness, factual accuracy, uniqueness or a specific creative result.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibein and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Vibein during the 12 months before the claim or 100 United States dollars.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Vibein and its operator from third party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, a materially false rights or consent statement, your unlawful use of a result, or your material breach of these terms. This does not cover a claim caused by Vibein's own unlawful conduct and does not waive rights that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in New York have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, either party may contact the other and try to resolve it informally.

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and give additional notice when a material change requires it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
