Delete your account
You can delete your active Vibein account data from the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer access it.
Delete from the app
- Open Vibein and go to Profile.
- Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm. Vibein starts the server side deletion and signs you out when it succeeds.
Request deletion by email
Email nan.dev.ops@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the email of the Apple or Google account you linked, if any, so we can locate and verify the account.
We complete verified email requests within 30 days unless the law permits or requires a different period.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes the active account and user content controlled by Vibein in Firebase, including Identity Kit photos, source photos, generated photos, profile, support content and community submissions tied to the account.
Processors, app stores, security backups and transaction records may retain limited information under their own legal, fraud prevention and retention requirements.
Deleting an account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.
